Our platform allows you to connect online based on shared hobbies, sports, or interests, and then take those connections offline by arranging in-person meetups with people who are near to you. We believe in getting out into the real world, forging meaningful connections, and enjoying activities together with like-minded individuals.
Whether you're an introvert looking to meet new friends or an avid sports enthusiast seeking sports buddies, LikeMindedConnect is here to help you find individuals who share your passions. Our goal is to make the process of meeting new people as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Welcome to LikeMindedConnect! This guide will help you get started on our platform.
Getting started is easy. On the registration page, provide essential information such as your name, age, email address, and postcode.
Additionally, you have the option to upload a profile picture, which can help when meeting up with others, but it's entirely optional.
After registration, click on the "Selection" tab. Here, you can choose your hobbies, sports, or interests. You can select multiple interests and update your choices anytime.
Once you've set your interests, you'll land on the "Home Page." From here, you can navigate the site and access various features. Clicking "Profile Page" lets you view your details and current selections.
Feel free to update your selected hobbies at any time.
Return to the Home Page and select "Matches." This is where you'll discover people who share your interests. Specify your desired travel distance and preferred hobbies or interests to receive a list of suitable matches, sorted by proximity.
If you find someone interesting, click on their username to copy it to your clipboard for easy contact.
If you've copied someone's username, log in to the "Chat" feature on the top ribbon. Enter your registration credentials, paste the username of the person you want to meet, and send them a message.
The locations shown on the map below are where we currently have post codes/zip codes for. This means that if you live in any of the areas below, we can use your post code/zip codes to calculate how far away you are from anyone who shares your interests and is interested in meeting up in person. For the areas that don't have any marker points - then hopefully we will add those soon.
